ZapiDesk provides an AI-powered conversational receptionist service. We facilitate automated phone answering, natural language understanding, call routing, and integration with third-party scheduling platforms.

3. Client Responsibilities & Call Recording Laws

As a user of ZapiDesk, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Consent to Record: You are strictly responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal laws regarding the recording of telephone calls. This includes providing necessary disclosures or obtaining two-party consent where legally required.
  • Lawful Use: You will not use the service to transmit spam, engage in illegal activities, or impersonate others.
  • Data Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring the information provided to the AI for routing and answering is accurate and up-to-date.

4. Payment and Subscriptions

Services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually). Minute overages beyond your plan's allotment may be billed automatically at the specified overage rate.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ZapiDesk, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
